Job summary

Ventus Executive Solutions seeks a Senior International Program Manager to lead across Foreign Military Sales, cooperative international agreements, and strategic engagement with U.S. and allied stakeholders.

This role requires strong leadership, technical credibility, and the ability to drive multiple high-visibility initiatives from Washington, DC. Ideal candidates have 10+ years of DoD/Navy international program experience and a track record engaging senior government officials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Systems Engineering, Naval Architecture, Ocean Engineering, International Relations, National Security, Business, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience supporting Department of Defense or Navy international programs.
• Demonstrated experience supporting Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs and international agreements.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership across FMS, cooperative international agreements, technology and data exchange efforts, and security cooperation initiatives.
• Engage senior government officials, military leadership, and international stakeholders to advance national security objectives.
• Coordinate international technology transfer and data-sharing efforts.
