Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics in the United States is seeking an Executive Director for the Forecasting and Performance Center of Excellence to lead global commercial forecasting, demand planning, and performance management. You will partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Market Access, and Brand teams to drive strategic decisions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.
8+ years (PhD/PharmD) or 10+ years (Master’s/MBA) in biotech/pharma forecasting or performance analytics, with oncology experience preferred.
4+ years of leadership experience.
Proficiency in forecasting methods (drivers-based, statistical), BI tools, and planning systems.
Deep knowledge of pharmaceutical data sources.

Responsibilities

Establish standards, governance, and best practices for forecast accuracy.
Build and lead a high-performing, scalable team.
Oversee end-to-end demand forecasting across regions, collaborating with Finance, Supply Chain, Market Access, and Brand teams.
Drive adoption of forecasting tools and analytics.
Develop reporting standards.
Manage stakeholder relationships.
