Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics in Princeton, NJ is seeking a senior forecasting leader to drive end-to-end demand planning for our therapeutic portfolio, including Year 1, Year 3, Year 10, and BD scenario forecasts.

You will define revenue expectations, translate business questions into actionable forecasting roadmaps, and partner with Finance, CASA, and regional teams to align net sales, GTN, inventory, and long-term plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end forecasting for therapeutic area across Year 1, 3, 10 and BD scenarios.
• Define defendable revenue expectations and identify risks/opportunities.
• Translate complex business questions into actionable forecasting roadmaps.
• Decompose performance and integrate forecasting, chart audit, competitive intelligence, and market insights for scenario planning.
• Leverage strategic thinking to improve commercial success and KPI goals.
• Align forecasting assumptions for a unified net sales view and gather inputs (market events, rates, price).
• Lead and operate the Integrated Net Sales (INS) forecasting model with gross demand, GTN, inventory/pipeline, net sales.
• Partner with Finance to deliver quarterly/annual/long-term forecasts across P1/P2/P3, Budget, and LTFP.
• Define scenarios with brand/MAx; run sensitivity analyses.
• Partner with CASA to reflect current market/customer dynamics.
• Serve as primary contact for forecasting with broader enterprise partners (Ex-US, Supply/GPS, Finance).
• Lead/collaborate/communicate across geographies.
• Advance forecasting capabilities; champion AI/digital innovation with Forecasting Transformation Lead and BI&T.
• Adopt advanced analytics and tools to improve accuracy/efficiency.
• Lead/coach/develop a forecasting team; champion change management and new ways of working.
