Job summary

EY seeks a highly experienced Senior Manager in Commercial Analytics and Forecasting to lead global pharmaceutical forecasting engagements and advise senior client stakeholders. The role emphasizes AI/ML-driven forecasting, advanced analytics, and cross-functional leadership across global programs.

The ideal candidate will mentor teams, drive innovation, and shape EY's forecasting offerings within Life Sciences and Commercial Analytics. Hybrid work model in the US is available.

Qualifications

• 14+ years of experience in Strategic Forecasting.
• Experience leading forecasting engagements for global pharmaceutical clients.
• Experience serving as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in developing robust forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale global forecasting engagements across brands, franchises, and therapeutic areas.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to senior client stakeholders, including Commercial, Finance, Market Access, Business Development, and Portfolio Strategy teams.
• Drive long-range forecasting, scenario planning, portfolio forecasting, and lifecycle management activities.
• Provide strategic recommendations based on market dynamics, epidemiology, and business assumptions.
• Ensure delivery of accurate, actionable forecasts aligned with client objectives.
• Present insights and strategic implications to executive leadership and client decision-makers.
• Oversee development and enhancement of patient-based, revenue-based, and analog-based forecasting models.
• Drive adoption of advanced analytics, AI, and Machine Learning techniques to improve forecasting accuracy.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or another quantitative discipline
