Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Retail/Business, Apparel Design, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in global sourcing and footwear product development.
• Experience with Tech Packs, costing, and commercialization processes.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of global sourcing strategies for footwear products.
• Evaluate footwear factories and suppliers for capabilities, capacity, and quality systems.
• Onboard factories meeting sourcing requirements and manage supplier performance metrics.
• Coordinate footwear development from concept to production readiness and commercialization.
• Communicate specifications, fit, and testing requirements with factories and internal teams.
• Monitor milestones, cost targets, and lead times to ensure timely delivery and quality.
