Job summary

Quince seeks an exceptional Senior Manager, Global Procurement for Footwear to lead cost structures and supplier negotiations. You will own category strategy and drive competitive pricing, reporting to the Head of Procurement.

You will partner with technology and design teams to embed procurement playbooks, build AI-enabled buying tools, and secure supply continuity while delivering high quality at radically low prices. This role offers broad impact on global sourcing strategy and sustainability.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in global procurement, sourcing, or supply chain in retail apparel.
• Proven track record running competitive RFP processes with international partners.
• Experience building clean sheets and cost models for negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute procurement strategy for footwear categories to optimize margins.
• Lead RFP processes with international suppliers.
• Develop clean sheets and buy plans to drive cost transparency.
• Collaborate with merchandising and product teams to align sourcing with design.
• Build AI-assisted tools for scenario analysis and procurement playbooks.
• Manage supplier relationships to ensure supply continuity and ESG compliance.
