Job summary

Stripe’s Workplace team is seeking a Food Experience Manager based in South San Francisco to design and lead global food programs with enterprise-scale impact. You will architect scalable playbooks, partner with Real Estate, Finance and Legal, and ensure consistent, high-quality experiences across regions.

This role emphasizes data-driven decision making, vendor management, and strategic input on office builds and expansions, reporting to the Global Head of Food.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of leadership experience building and scaling complex, customer-facing operations.

Responsibilities

• Global Program Builder: design, build and document scalable global playbooks for core operations.
• Drive Global Program Execution across a fluid portfolio of offices and regions.
• Synthesize Global Data from feedback and operations to identify trends and opportunities.
• Lead High-Stakes Vendor Partnerships with food service partners, ensuring SOW adherence and QBR leadership.
• Advise on Global Growth for new office builds and expansions, shaping design and readiness.
• Develop adoption plans, training and communication strategies to drive consistent regional execution.
