Job summary

Stripe seeks a Food Experience Manager to architect and operate global food programs from Oyster Point HQ, with a worldwide impact. You will lead the creation of scalable playbooks, drive vendor partnerships, and ensure consistent standards across regions, reporting to the Global Head of Food.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of leadership experience building and scaling complex, customer-facing operations.
• Direct experience in concept development, multi-unit operations, or scaling a service-oriented business.
• Demonstrable experience managing a P&L and using data to drive business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and document scalable, global playbooks for core operational functions.
• Ensure consistent execution of global standards across a fluid portfolio of offices.
• Analyze user feedback and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Manage high-stakes vendor partnerships, including SOWs and QBRs.
• Advise on global growth for new office builds and expansions.
• Develop adoption plans, training, and cross-regional communication strategies.
