Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Food Experience Manager to architect and operate global food programs from its Oyster Point HQ in South San Francisco. You will lead scalable systems to deliver world-class hospitality across regions, partnering with Real Estate, Finance, and Legal to ensure consistent standards.

You will drive program design, vendor partnerships, and data-driven improvements while advising on new office builds and expansions to support Stripe’s global footprint.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of leadership experience building and scaling complex customer-facing operations.
• Experience in multi-unit or multi-regional operations.
• Demonstrable experience managing a P&L and using data to drive business decisions.
• Direct experience managing high-stakes third-party vendor relationships, including contract negotiation.
• Proven ability to partner with cross-functional teams like Real Estate, Finance, and Legal.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and document scalable global playbooks for core operational functions.
• Drive global program execution across a portfolio that may span multiple regions.
• Synthesize feedback and data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Manage vendor partnerships, ensuring adherence to Statements of Work and leading QBRs.
• Advise on global growth for new office builds and expansions across locations.
• Develop adoption plans, training, and communication strategies to drive consistent execution.
