Job summary

S3, Inc. seeks an International Program Analyst to support the STORM Project Office at Redstone Arsenal, focusing on Foreign Military Sales for Bahrain, Romania, and UAE. You will assist procurement, contracting, and program execution, delivering briefing materials and coordinating across PMO and product offices.

The role requires an active DoD secret clearance, 20% travel, and strong MS Office briefing capabilities to report to senior leadership and support country-specific program reviews.

Qualifications

• Active DoD secret clearance.
• Master's degree with 14+ years of experience or Bachelor's with 16+ years, or Associate with 18+ years, or High School with 20+ years.
• 2+ years of scheduling coordination experience.
• 2+ years of experience with FMS functions and cases.
• 4/5 proficiency with MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word; capable of briefing senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Support scheduling and timing of FMS efforts within the IP Directorate.
• Track program actions and assist government leads for country-specific efforts.
• Coordinate between PMO and Product Offices; provide status updates and data summaries.
