Job summary

S3, Inc. is seeking a Program Financial Analyst to support the STORM programs at Redstone Arsenal, AL. The analyst will assist with program management and finance coordination for PGMR and related missiles and rockets.

Responsibilities include coordinating with government offices and contractors, producing spend-plan inputs, and providing financial data analysis to the government lead for PGMR capabilities. This role requires a DoD clearance and relevant defense program experience.

Qualifications

• Must have a secret or higher DoW security clearance or the ability to obtain one in a reasonable timeframe.
• High School diploma with 14 years of experience relative to this position requirements or a Bachelor's Degree with 10 years of relative experience or a Master's Degree with 8 years of relative experience.
• 4 or more years of experience as a systems/project analyst or leadership position within a US Army Project/Product Office or similar DoW acquisition organizations.
• 4 or more years of experience working finance and budget activities in a US Army Project/Product office, or similar DoW acquisition organizations.
• 2 or more years of experience supporting tactical and strategic planning activities on Department of War defense industry programs.
• One year or more of experience involving Department of War rocket and missile or similar programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interface and coordination between functional areas with the STORM Project Office as well as those in outside government agencies, military organizations, and prime contractors.
• Program integrator for finance and budget, developing inputs for spend plans, tracking statuses, and providing financial data analysis for the office of the government lead for PGMR capabilities.
• Coordinate responses to internal and external taskers.
• Support tactical and strategic PGMR planning activities and provide assessments/recommendations for technical and programmatic issues to the government lead of the assigned PGMR capability.
