Job summary

JANUS Research Group in Maryland seeks an International & Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Analyst as the primary contact for complex international taskings and Security Cooperation efforts. This role requires seamless interagency coordination and strict adherence to foreign disclosure policy.

You will support planning, evaluation, and financial management activities for assigned FMS programs, collaborating with PMs to own cases end-to-end and ensuring compliant reporting to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required prior to application.
• Education: Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) from an accredited institution.
• Experience: 3 to 10 years of financial experience within the DoD environment.

Responsibilities

• Task & Workflow Management: Monitor and coordinate tasks in ETMS2 to ensure compliance.
• Interagency Liaison: Serve as the POC for international and FMS actions from external DoD entities.
• Case Lifecycle Management: Collaborate with PMs to develop and maintain end-to-end FMS cases.
• Foreign Disclosure Coordination: Work with the FDO on visit requests and disclosures for Partner Nations.
• Strategic Process Improvement: Participate in cross-functional groups to standardize Security Cooperation processes.
• Financial & Program Support: Provide analytical support during the SAPBR cycle.
• Data Systems Management: Maintain FMS case tracking for leadership reporting needs.
