Job summary

Flexjet is seeking an Industrial Ops–Strategic International Planner based in the United States to manage international travel logistics 2–10 days before departure. You will secure permits, verify documents, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure smooth handoffs to the Tactical International Team as departure nears.

The role requires strong communication, aviation knowledge, and the ability to work across internal teams, external vendors, and authorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a 2-year college or technical school; 1-3 years of related experience preferred in aviation/logistics.
• Familiarity with international operations, aviation regulations, and customs/immigration requirements.

Responsibilities

• Review international trips 2–10 days from departure.
• Verify foreign and domestic entry/exit documents for destinations.
• Coordinate with internal teams for advanced tail and crew assignments.
• Secure US Customs clearances for trips with >48 hours notice.
• Obtain slots, PPRs, overflight and landing permits.
• Maintain records and report non-compliance observations.
• Liaise with owners, agencies, and vendors for trip communications.
• Support handoff to Tactical International Team within 2 days of departure.
