Job summary

Flexjet is seeking a Global International Planner to support the Global Trip Planning team. This role manages comprehensive planning and coordination of international flights for the Flexjet U.S.

fleet, collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant flight information for safe, seamless global operations. Responsibilities include coordinating permits, slots, PPRs, customs, visas, filing ICAO flight plans, and delivering trip briefings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in aviation, engineering, or related field.
• Dispatch license is preferred but not required.
• Strong knowledge of international aviation operations and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate international flight planning for Flexjet U.S. fleet, including permits, slots, and ground handling.
• Prepare and file ICAO-compliant flight plans and trip briefings.
• Ensure compliance with customs, immigration, and visa requirements; monitor weather and global events.
• Communicate flight details clearly to internal teams and external partners; maintain accurate documentation.
