Job summary

World Fuel Services, Inc. is seeking a Mission Advisor for our Cincinnati operations. You will coordinate every aspect of client missions, from trip planning to vendor communications, ensuring a seamless and safe travel experience.

The role suits aviation professionals who enjoy solving complex operational challenges and working in a fast-paced, service-driven environment with global exposure. The position requires on-site work in Cincinnati, with rotating shifts in a 24/7/365 operation.

Qualifications

Must be able to perform Mission Services Coordinator responsibilities.
Aviation-related experience is a plus (2+ years).
Strong client service orientation with ability to solve problems quickly and professionally.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to navigate multiple databases with accuracy.
Attention to detail in data entry and documentation.
Ability to operate a multiline phone system and manage schedules.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary client contact, process trip writeups and revisions.
Provide timely updates during all mission planning stages.
Translate client requirements into actionable trip plans that meet schedules and regulatory needs.
Initiate and manage service requests to vendors and ground handlers.
Confirm services and capture all details in the mission support system.
Review client and vendor messages and assign tasks as needed.
Coordinate with internal teams to arrange all mission components.
Conduct trip reviews for accuracy and quality before transmission.
Identify issues and collaborate on improvements.
