The successful candidate will manage schedules, performance reports, and collaborate with logistics, engineering, compliance, permitting, and marine teams to optimize port and vessel operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• 2+ years in vessel management, port operations, maritime operations, or as a licensed vessel officer.
• Strong analytical, budgeting, financial management, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage vessel movements, port operations, and agency activities while ensuring compliance with maritime regulations.
• Serve as primary contact for vessel Masters, coordinating daily operations and supporting project readiness.
• Oversee vessel budgets, financial reporting, accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and reconciliation.
• Develop and maintain vessel schedules, directives, forecasts, and performance reports.
• Partner with logistics, purchasing, engineering, compliance, permitting, and marine teams to optimize operations.
• Drive process improvements and long-term planning to support objectives and customer satisfaction.
