• 5+ years in SaaS, fintech, or payments support.
• Experience leading frontline fintech teams.
• Knowledge of merchant onboarding, verification, billing, refunds, disputes, settlements.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily fintech support delivery and frontline analysts.
• Coordinate end-to-end SaaS and payments support, escalations to Level 3.
• Mentor staff, review workload and performance, and coordinate offshore collaboration.
• Coordinate incidents and communications with providers and internal teams.
• Enforce security, access controls, and change management across processes.
