Rain is seeking an Events role to coordinate logistics for global conferences, booths, dinners, and side events. You will source venues, manage contracts, and ensure booth materials arrive as planned.

You will also arrange travel and develop pre-event briefs to maximize impact and attendance. The role emphasizes staying organized under tight schedules, collaborating with sales and partnerships, and traveling domestically and internationally to support events.

Qualificações

• 1+ years of hands-on event experience, ideally at a startup, fintech, crypto/web3 company, or agency.
• Experience with conference booths, sponsorships, or hosted events from start to finish.
• Strong organization and ability to juggle multiple events without losing details.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate logistics for multiple events simultaneously (booths, sponsorships, dinners, side events); source venues and manage vendor contracts; ensure booth materials and swag arrive on time.
• Book hotels and travel for the team and keep plans organized in one place.
• Build Know Before You Go decks covering agenda, staffing, meetings, and target attendees.
