Job summary

Nteractive, a USA-based experiential events agency, seeks an established Event Technology leader with RainFocus expertise to shape strategy across global programs. You will advise clients, lead transformative projects and guide internal teams toward scalable, high-impact outcomes.

This role requires executive presence, deep technical knowledge, and a commercial mindset to grow our Event Technology capabilities and deliver exceptional attendee experiences.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading Event Technology programmes for global enterprise clients.
• Advanced expertise in RainFocus including strategy, design and delivery.
• Proven ability advising senior stakeholders and leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as the senior Event Technology consultant across global enterprise accounts.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and act as advisor on strategy.
• Lead digital transformation, attendee experience and technology roadmaps.
• Influence client decisions through expert consultation and design.
• Present to executives and facilitate strategic discussions.
• Translate complex requirements into scalable, measurable solutions.
• Provide strategic oversight of RainFocus strategy, architecture and delivery.
• Advise on platform architecture, implementation strategies and optimisation.
• Governance and delivery models across Event Technology programmes.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and shape capabilities and offerings.
• Lead and develop Event Technology teams across portfolios.
• Support new business opportunities and client growth initiatives.
