Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, actuarial, economics, mathematics or equivalent.
• 12 years of experience in risk management or related field.
• Knowledge of financial risk and risk analysis tools and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Define global financial risk strategy and embed ALM standards across the organization.
• Develop financial risk roadmaps and enhance risk dashboard reporting capabilities.
• Develop and manage financial risk methodologies, analytics and tools; support measurement of markets, ALM and climate risk.
• Oversee liquidity and credit risk exposure; monitor risk appetite and key risk indicators.
• Analyze risk exposures and trends; escalate or manage risks with the first line.
• Serve as a financial risk SME; lead strategic initiatives with senior stakeholders.
• Provide coaching and development support to the global Financial Risk community.
