Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, actuarial, economics, mathematics or other analytical field is required.
• Minimum of 12 years in risk management or related field; advanced degrees or certifications may substitute up to 3 years.
• Deep knowledge of financial risk and risk analysis tools.
• Expertise in ALM, derivatives or investment management is a plus.
• Strong analytical, data skills and ability to work with leadership.
• Ability to communicate complex risks to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Help define global financial risk strategy.
• Embed ALM standards; oversee global ALM practices and initiatives.
• Develop financial risk roadmaps and enhance dashboard reporting.
• Develop risk methodologies, analytics and tools; monitor markets and climate risk impacts.
• Oversee liquidity and credit risk exposure; monitor risk appetite and KPIs.
• Analyze exposures and trends; elevate risks with first line.
• Lead strategic initiatives with senior stakeholders.
• Provide coaching and development to the global Financial Risk team.
