Job summary

C.H. Guenther & Son is seeking a Financial Reporting Manager to lead the consolidation and external financial reporting for a global food organization with U.S., Canada, and Europe operations.

You will oversee monthly and quarterly close, intercompany eliminations, and US GAAP conversions, acting as a SAP super-user and partnering with cross-functional teams on audits and acquisitions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or other related field.
• CPA is required.
• Minimum of 8 years of consolidation and financial reporting experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial analysis including reconciliation, forecast and budget-to-actual analysis.
• Experience with SAP/BPC will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and oversee consolidated financial statements in accordance with US GAAP.
• Coordinate quarterly and annual external financial statements and internal reports.
• Manage month-end close processes and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Lead intercompany eliminations and foreign currency translation.
• Support external auditors and internal control improvements.
• Assist with acquisitions, due diligence, and special projects.
