Job summary

C.H. Guenther & Son is seeking a Financial Reporting Manager to lead the preparation of the company's consolidated financial statements for a global manufacturing footprint.

You will oversee external and internal reporting under US GAAP, manage month-end close, and coordinate intercompany eliminations and currency translations. The role requires strong SAP expertise, leadership of a finance team, and collaboration across functions to support acquisitions and corporate initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA is required.
• 8+ years consolidation and financial reporting experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Experience with SAP/BPC is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preparation of consolidated financial statements and external reporting under US GAAP.
• Manage monthly and quarterly internal reporting and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Lead month-end close activities and journal entries.
• Supervise foreign currency translation and intercompany eliminations.
• Support external audits and interaction with independent auditors.
• Act as SAP super-user and drive internal control improvements.
