Job summary

Link Snacks seeks a Corporate Controller to lead corporate accounting and financial reporting across its global organization. Reporting to the Chief Accounting Officer, the role supervises a twelve-person team and drives US GAAP compliance, internal controls, and timely closes while supporting SAP S/4HANA rollout.

The ideal candidate holds a CPA with a Bachelor's in accounting and 10+ years of leadership experience, with multinational finance expertise and a proven ability to partner with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, with public accounting experience and CPA designation.
• 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience with increasing responsibility across accounting, financial reporting, internal controls, and financial management.
• Experience working with multinational organizations, foreign currencies, and a demonstrated commitment to developing consistent processes throughout the organization.
• Ability to translate strategies into operational objectives and projects, and bring them to closure.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize, communicate progress, and meet deadlines.
• Adept communicator with both financial and non-financial managers and executives.
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders to act (through effective communications, presentations, and business partnering).
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Oversee global period-end close processes and consolidation under US GAAP.
• Coordinate external audits and oversee the consolidated US GAAP audit.
• Work with international finance teams on timely local statutory audits.
• Develop control documentation and operating effectiveness testing.
• Drive automation, process improvements and better controls with finance teams.
• Ensure consistent compliance with corporate accounting principles and US GAAP.
• Lead staff development and provide coaching and motivation.
• Support global SAP S4 Hana implementation and data integrity.
