Job summary

CFS in Orlando, FL is seeking a Manager of Financial Reporting to lead consolidated reporting for multiple entities and international operations. This hybrid role requires a strong background in U.S. GAAP and coordination with auditors.

You will oversee technical accounting matters, standardize close procedures, and work with global finance teams to improve reporting accuracy and internal controls. CPA preferred; Bachelor's in Accounting required; US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• CPA strongly preferred.
• Progressive experience in financial reporting and technical accounting.
• Experience coordinating external audits.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
• Experience consolidating financial statements across entities.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead consolidation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements under U.S. GAAP.
• Oversee financial reporting across multiple entities and international operations.
• Prepare and review audited financial statement disclosures.
• Coordinate external audits and audit requests.
• Research complex accounting matters and prepare memoranda.
• Collaborate with global teams to standardize close procedures and reporting.
• Strengthen intercompany accounting and accounting policy application.
• Support improvements to financial reporting processes and internal controls.
• Assist leadership on significant accounting and reporting matters.
