Ladders is seeking a Manager, Global Financial Reporting to own consolidated and standalone financial reporting and ensure accurate, timely results across the organization. You will partner closely with accounting and finance stakeholders to strengthen policies and support close activities.

The role emphasizes GAAP compliance across subsidiaries, audit coordination, contract review, and improving reporting controls in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA or equivalent certification required.
• 7+ years of experience in public accounting or high-growth tech companies.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP.

Responsabilités

• Prepare consolidated and standalone financial statements for reporting.
• Support monthly and quarterly close processes.
• Maintain and update accounting policies for consistency.
• Ensure GAAP across subsidiaries.
• Review contracts and transactions for financial implications.
• Coordinate and support external audits and reviews.
• Identify financial reporting risks and strengthen controls.
