Job summary

CFS is seeking a Manager of Financial Reporting to strengthen its corporate accounting and financial reporting function. This highly visible role oversees consolidated reporting across multiple entities and international operations, working with leadership to improve processes.

The ideal candidate leads monthly, quarterly, and annual closes under US GAAP, coordinates external audits, and drives improvements in accounting policies and internal controls within a global organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required
• CPA strongly preferred
• Progressive experience in financial reporting and corporate accounting
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation and review of consolidated financial statements (monthly, quarterly, annual) under US GAAP across multiple entities and international operations
• Coordinate external audits; serve as primary liaison with auditors and manage requests and timelines
• Research technical accounting issues and prepare memoranda for significant transactions
• Standardize close processes across global operations and strengthen intercompany accounting
• Support continuous improvements to reporting accuracy, efficiency, and internal controls
