Job summary

You will publish monthly statements, support month-end close, manage internal controls, analyze performance metrics, and provide management with insights for headcount planning and capital

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA or CMA preferred, though not required.
• 5+ years of relevant experience; manufacturing experience preferred.
• Proficiency with accounting software, including system administration.
• Experience preparing financial statements and month-end/ year-end close.
• Strong leadership and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and publish timely monthly financial reporting and forecasts.
• Lead month-end and year-end close processes.
• Maintain internal controls and ensure GAAP-compliant reporting.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal filings.
• Provide analytical support for business planning and budgeting (headcount and capital).
• Analyze operational metrics and translate data into insights.
• Collaborate with management to set budgets and cash flow forecasts.
• Lead by example and foster accountability.
