Job summary

Recurrent Energy, a leading solar and energy storage developer, seeks a Manager of Financial Reporting, Global, to oversee the monthly global group close and consolidation. You will manage the preparation of group financial statements, SEC-related filings, and coordination with regional controllers to ensure GAAP compliance.

The role requires extensive experience in consolidation, strong knowledge of HFM and SAP, and collaboration with external auditors. Based in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related field required.
• Professional accounting designation (CPA/Canada CPA/ACCA) preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience; consolidation/financial reporting focus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly global group consolidation and analytical review.
• Prepare and organize group financial statements, audit schedules, and consolidation proofs.
• Review regional data with controllers to ensure U.S. GAAP compliance and accuracy.
• Maintain HFM reporting system and lead enhancements; liaise with auditors and advisors.
