Job summary

Charles Schwab is seeking a Financial Client Services Representative to service international and domestic clients with trading and account inquiries.

You will assist with trades across stocks, ETFs, mutual funds, and options, while providing general account servicing support and occasional translation services. The role may require evening or overnight shifts to support Stock Plan Services.

Qualifications

• Series 7 & 63 licenses required or ability to obtain within training time.
• Strong verbal and written communication to build client trust.
• Structured schedule and adherence to pre-set shifts.
• High integrity, professional demeanor, and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve international and domestic clients with trading and account inquiries.
• Assist with trades in stocks, ETFs, mutual funds and options.
• Provide translation support for internal partners and clients as needed.
• Support Stock Plan Services during evening/overnight shifts.
