Job summary

Charles Schwab is seeking a Financial Client Service Representative to serve both domestic and international clients with a full range of trading and account services. You will help with stocks, ETFs, mutual funds, options, and related inquiries in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

In addition to a salary range, this role offers a bonus opportunity and a hybrid work model. You will also provide translation support as needed and contribute to a culture focused on client outcomes and

Qualifications

• Series 7 and 63 licenses required or ability to obtain within training time.
• Strong communication skills to build trust with clients via phone/email.
• Must be available for a structured schedule including breaks.
• Demonstrate integrity, professionalism and high work standards.
• Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve domestic and international clients with trading and account services.
• Assist with trading stocks, ETFs, mutual funds and options.
• Handle general account servicing inquiries and translations as needed.
• Support Stock Plan Services during evening and overnight shifts.
• Develop relationships to help clients achieve their financial goals.
