Job summary

Charles Schwab is hiring a Licensed Financial Client Service Representative to service international and domestic clients with a full range of trading and account servicing needs. You will assist with trading stocks, ETFs, mutual funds and options and support translation services for internal partners and clients in foreign languages as needed.

Evening and overnight shifts support Stock Plan Services. Qualified candidates hold Series 7 & 63 licenses, excellent verbal and written communication,

Qualifications

• Licenses required: Series 7 and 63.
• Strong communication skills to build trust with clients both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to adhere to a structured schedule with pre-determined meal/break times.
• Positive attitude, high integrity and work ethic.
• Willingness to learn in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Responsibilities

• Service international and domestic clients with full trading and account servicing needs.

• Provide general account servicing support and respond to inquiries.
