Qualifications

15+ years in finance operations, accounting, controllership, transformation or technology leadership.
Proven track record in leading large-scale transformation projects.
Strong knowledge of ERP and data analytics tooling.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a multi-year finance transformation roadmap aligned with corporate strategy.
Oversee implementation of advanced GenAI technologies to drive automation and analytics.
Codefine / redesign core finance processes to achieve qualitative & quantitative benefits.
Lead organizational change management and ensure adoption across stakeholders.
Establish governance frameworks with KPIs and risk management.
