Johnson Controls is seeking a Director of Global Finance Transformation to lead strategic initiatives across finance processes, systems, and technology. The role focuses on simplifying workflows, enabling automation, and accelerating financial insight through digital innovation.

Hybrид work arrangement in Milwaukee, WI, with 3-4 days in the office. Requires 15+ years in finance leadership, MBA or CPA, and strong ERP/cloud/data analytics expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or IT with an MBA or CPA.
• 15+ years of experience in finance – operations, accounting, controllership, transformation and/or technology leadership.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, cloud platforms, (gen)Ai applications and data analytics tools.
• Proven track record in leading large-scale transformation projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives to optimize and modernize processes, systems, and technology across the Finance organization.
• Collaborate with Finance Functions and stakeholders to drive automation, predictive analytics and faster financial insight.
