Job summary

The Sr. Director, Finance Shared Services at Intuitive Surgical, Inc. will lead the strategic vision for global finance shared services, overseeing US/Canada AR, AP, and T&E, and collaborating with Europe and Asia to improve systems, policies, and controls.

This senior role drives process improvements, sets SLAs, tracks KPIs, and partners with FP&A, Tax, and COEs to ensure accurate close cycles and strong financial discipline. CPA/MBA and SAP experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong accounting and finance understanding.
• Being CPA or MBA is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead US/Mexico AR, AP, and T&E operations for shared services.
• Develop strategic vision and long-term roadmap for global SSC.
• Drive process improvements and maintain high service levels.
• Oversee monthly/quarterly close with metrics and KPIs.
• Partner with Sales, FP&A, Tax, and COEs to support growth.
• Coordinate with regional teams for global SSC effectiveness.
