Job summary

Bose Corporation is seeking a Senior Finance Manager, Global Supply Chain FP&A, to provide financial leadership across Bose's global supply chain. You will own FP&A for the Global Supply Chain, including P&L, planning, forecasting, and performance management, while partnering with Procurement, Manufacturing Operations & Quality, Logistics & Transportation, Supply Planning, and Customer Service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related quantitative field.
• 8+ years of progressive Finance experience including FP&A, Operations Finance, Supply Chain Finance, manufacturing finance, or related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience owning or leading significant components of financial planning, forecasting, performance management, and P&L analysis in a complex organization.
• Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, or developing financial analysts or other finance professionals.
• Strong understanding of the financial and operational drivers of a global supply chain, incl. COGS, costing, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, inventory, or productivity.
• Ability to partner with and influence senior leaders, translate complex information into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own FP&A for the Global Supply Chain organization, including the consolidated Supply Chain P&L, forecasts, annual operating plan, long-range planning, and reporting.
• Serve as a strategic finance partner across Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, Supply Planning, and Customer Service.
• Lead and develop a small team of Financial Analysts with clear priorities and feedback.
• Develop driver-based forecasts and financial plans across major Supply Chain cost components.
• Lead monthly and quarterly Supply Chain performance reviews, communicating risks, opportunities, and actions to senior leaders.
• Create an integrated view of Supply Chain performance with BU FP&A teams for accurate forecasts.
• Evaluate strategic decisions with Supply Chain leaders, including sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, and inventory decisions.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to show trade-offs among cost, inventory, service, and quality.
• Lead financial analysis of cost savings and productivity initiatives with baselines and benefits validation.
• Develop models, scenarios, and business cases for major initiatives and decisions.
• Lead FP&A during month-end/quarter-end with accounting to ensure accurate representation.
• Improve FP&A processes with data, Power BI, automation, and analytics.
• Provide financial leadership across cross-functional and enterprise initiatives.
