Job summary

Slide is seeking a Finance Operations Specialist to manage billing, collections, accounts payable, and corporate cards across its US, UK, Australian, and Canadian entities. This role collaborates with Finance, Legal, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations to ensure accurate processing and timely reporting.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple systems in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in billing operations, accounts receivable, collections, finance operations, revenue operations, or a related role.
• Experience in accounts payable or general accounting is a plus.
• Experience with Ramp, Stripe, or similar financial systems is preferred.
• Experience supporting multiple entities, currencies, or international operations is preferred.
• Familiarity with Sales Tax, VAT, or GST is a plus.
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills (lookups, pivot tables).
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Billing & Collections: Support subscription and billing activities using Stripe and Slide's proprietary systems.
• Accounts Payable & Tax: Process vendor invoices through Ramp and manage tax documentation; support 1099 reporting.
• Corporate Card Program: Administer Ramp cards, cardholder updates, and spending controls.
• Month-end Close & Reconciliations: Assist with AP and card reconciliations and accruals.
• Cross-functional Support: Partner with Finance, Legal, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations to resolve issues.
• Reporting & Analysis: Maintain invoicing, payments, and collections data; surface trends.
