Echelon is seeking a Finance Operations Coordinator to manage day-to-day accounting, billing, payments, and financial operations in a fast-paced Corporate Finance environment. This role collaborates across Finance, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Sales, and Technical Support to ensure accurate records and timely processes.

The ideal candidate will handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, merchant activity, and vendor management, while performing reconciliations, reporting, and monthly close

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years in accounting or finance operations, payable/receivable, or related roles.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to work with financial data.
• Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple recurring tasks and deadlines.
• Self-motivated, independent with teamwork.

Mansioni

• Execute day-to-day accounting and financial operations for Corporate Finance.
• Perform monthly close tasks, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
• Reconcile billing, payments, merchant activity and investigate differences.
• Prepare recurring Excel analyses and financial reports.
• Maintain supporting documentation for transactions and vendor invoices.
• Research discrepancies and drive resolution.
• Provide cross-functional support across Finance, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Sales.
• Participate in process improvements and special projects for Finance operations.
• Communicate with customers and vendors to resolve billing and payment questions.
