Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related field.
- 12-15+ years of experience in Finance Operations or Process Optimization.
- 8+ years in leadership in a rapid growth environment.
- Ability to identify and implement financial process optimizations.
- Ability to monitor risk and support SOX/regulatory practices.
- Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong communication and stakeholder influence skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead development and execution of scaleable procure-to-pay strategies globally.
- Act as Finance Operations expert and manage a high-performing team.
- Collaborate with Business Systems Engineering to define requirements for procurement projects.
- Analyze information to draw conclusions and propose improvements.
- Prioritize resources and manage internal and external delivery partners with SLAs.
- Define risk mitigation and compliance in procure-to-pay processes.
- Leverage AI to boost productivity and drive innovative solutions.
