Waymo is seeking a senior Finance & Analytics professional to lead FP&A and strategic finance initiatives. You will partner with Ops, Product, and Data Science to build driver-based models, forecast performance, and guide investments with rigorous financial analysis.

The role requires strong communication, data storytelling, and the ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-growing autonomous mobility company. Base salary includes bonuses and equity as part of the compensation program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in finance, economics, or related quantitative field.
• Proven experience in FP&A, strategic/line finance, or related roles.
• Strong financial modeling and ability to forecast and analyze variances.

Responsibilities

• Manage Ops financial processes with cross-functional teams; track spend vs. forecast.
• Provide long-term financial insights and ROI analyses for investments.
• Lead reviews on forecast vs. actual spend and close gaps.
• Embed with Ops, Product, and Data Science to ensure rigorous models.
