Job summary

VF Outdoor is seeking a Manager of Financial Master Data Governance to lead the enterprise finance master data governance program across multiple systems. You will own data standards, hierarchies, mappings, and reporting dimensions to ensure data consistency and strong controls across global processes.

You will partner with Finance, Accounting, Technology, Internal Controls, and Data Governance teams to evaluate changes, define requirements, and protect data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 5 years of experience in master data governance or finance systems governance.
• Experience governing master data across multiple enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Own and administer the finance master data governance framework across major finance applications.
• Serve as central governance authority for financial master data (codes, entities, hierarchies, mappings).
• Define and maintain enterprise data standards, ownership models, and controls.
