Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business, Data Management, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial close, consolidation, planning, reporting, procurement, lease administration, internal controls, and the role of master data across end-to-end finance processes.
• Governing master data across multiple enterprise systems with experience in BlackLine, Group Reporting, Central Finance, BPC Planning, Coupa, AMT, Workday, SAP S/4HANA, or similar.
• Ability to define governance standards, ownership, approval workflows, controls, data quality expectations, and documentation requirements.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern the master data governance framework across finance systems.
• Serve as central governance authority for financial master data including company codes, cost centers, profit centers, GL accounts, entities, hierarchies, and mappings.
• Define and maintain enterprise finance data standards, ownership models, approval requirements, controls, and procedures.
• Evaluate and approve or elevate master data requests and proposed system changes based on business need and impact.
• Lead governance for data migrations, integrations, testing priorities, and implementation readiness.
