CoreWeave is seeking an Accounting Enablement Manager to own the day-to-day administration, support, and optimization of ERP master data objects. You will drive data governance, define standards, and partner with finance and IT to scale processes in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field required.
• 3–5+ years of data analysis experience in master data management, governance, or data analysis within a Finance organization at a publicly listed company.
• Experience developing and enforcing data standards, policies, and procedures across cross-functional teams in a SOX‑compliant environment.
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and publish data governance policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines for master data domains.
• Maintain the business glossary and data dictionary for key finance master data objects.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to streamline master data requests, approvals, and maintenance of workflows.
• Monitor compliance with governance policies and escalate issues as needed.
• Perform data profiling, quality assessment, and KPI reporting on governance metrics; support root cause analysis.
• Facilitate governance councils with cross-functional teams.
