Job summary

VF Corporation is seeking a Manager, Financial Master Data Governance to act as the enterprise governance lead for finance master data. You will own the governance framework across multiple finance systems, establish data standards, and coordinate with Finance, Accounting, Technology, and Internal Controls to protect data integrity globally.

You will evaluate changes, resolve conflicts, and drive governance across BlackLine, Workday, SAP S/4HANA, and other platforms, ensuring consistent data

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a finance/data field.
• 5+ years in governance of master data across finance systems.
• Experience with BlackLine, Group Reporting, Central Finance, SAP S/4HANA or similar.
• Strong understanding of finance data concepts (hierarchies, mappings, COA).
• Ability to influence stakeholders and make governance decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern finance master data across multiple systems.
• Define data standards, ownership, and controls for global finance data.
• Evaluate master data requests and system changes for data integrity.
• Ensure alignment of data definitions across source systems and reporting.
• Lead cross-functional governance discussions and document outcomes.
