Job summary

The position combines broad finance systems knowledge with governance ownership and cross-functional influence, partnering with Finance, Technology, and Control teams to protect data integrity globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, IS, Business, Data Management, or related field.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and finance processes.
• Experience governing master data across multiple enterprise systems incl. BlackLine, Workday, SAP S/4HANA.
• Knowledge of hierarchies, chart of accounts, company codes, profit/cost centers.
• Ability to assess cross-system impacts and make governance decisions.
• Experience defining governance standards and data quality expectations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional discussions and influence stakeholders.
• Experience supporting system implementations, data migrations, testing, deployment.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• High integrity with attention to detail and auditability.
• Some travel may be required.
• Hours may exceed 40 per week.

Responsibilities

• Own and administer the finance master data governance framework across enterprise systems.
• Serve as central governance authority for financial master data including company codes and GL accounts.
• Define and maintain enterprise finance data standards and ownership models.
• Evaluate and approve master data requests and system changes.
• Ensure data definitions and hierarchies align across source systems and reporting.
• Partner with BlackLine Global Administrator to establish governance requirements.
• Provide governance oversight for AMT master data.
• Lead governance requirements for finance system implementations and migrations.
• Monitor data quality and coordinate remediation.
• Maintain governance documentation and training materials.
• Guide finance users and project teams on governance expectations.
• Identify opportunities to simplify data structures and improve quality.
