Job summary

Enverus is seeking an International Finance Manager to oversee UK and Czech Republic accounting operations, compliance, and reporting for a global energy SaaS leader. You will drive monthly closes, treasury, and intercompany activities while partnering with FP&A.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in international accounting, UK/Czech GAAP knowledge, and CPA or equivalent. Master’s degree preferred; CPA preferred. This role supports global stakeholders across time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Accounting required; Master’s degree and CPA preferred.
• 10+ years in international accounting ops, financial reporting and compliance.
• Strong UK GAAP and Czech GAAP knowledge; public company background.

Responsibilities

• Manage UK and Czech Republic accounting operations across procurement, payroll, reporting, tax and treasury.
• Complete monthly close and financial reporting to the U.S. corporate office.
• Ensure US GAAP compliance and coordinate with external auditors.
• Oversee intercompany transfer pricing and tax initiatives.
• Lead treasury operations and local country banking relationships.
• Collaborate with FP&A for budgeting and forecasting; support acquisitions.
