Job summary

Technology Holdings is seeking a hands-on finance professional to run day-to-day accounting for multiple international entities, working closely with our Finance & Compliance Manager and country accountants. The role is fully remote.

You will manage multi‑currency bookkeeping, month‑end close, reconciliations, invoicing and payments, plus MIS reporting across GBP, USD, EUR and INR, coordinating with external advisers to meet statutory deadlines.

Qualifications

3–5 years in accounting or finance operations with full set of books to trial balance
Experience across multiple entities and countries
Multi-currency accounting and reconciliations
Strong Excel skills (Pivot tables and lookups); Power Query valued
Hands-on experience with Xero, Zoho Books, QuickBooks or Tally Prime
Fluent written English for interactions with UK/US accountants and banks
Background in finance or outsourcing is preferred

Responsibilities

Day-to-day bookkeeping and month-end close for international entities
Account for multi-currency transactions and exchange differences
Invoicing, receivables follow-up, and vendor payments
Monthly reconciliations across bank, vendor, customer, payroll, tax and inter-company balances
Coordinate with external accountants to meet statutory, tax and compliance deadlines and support audits
Monthly MIS reporting and finance trackers
Maintain insurance trackers and coordinate renewals for EPLI, D&O, Health, Travel, etc.
Support entity incorporation, apostille, registrations and other compliance tasks
