Job summary

Monnoyeur Group seeks an East EMEA Controller to manage Controlling and FP&A across CZ, SK, HU and PL, overseeing €50M+ turnover and 150 employees (80 in CZ). This replacement role is pivotal within our Finance organization.

You will use Oracle Netsuite ERP and IBM Planning Analytics, lead month-end closing, forecasts, budgets, and partner with Sales/Services to enhance reporting and EBITDA improvements.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in Controlling
• Experience with international mid-sized organizations
• Fluent in Czech and English (oral and written)
• Strong analytical skills and ability to deliver reliable data
• Ability to work with executive-level stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Provide financial visibility to local business leaders and EMEA management.
• Month-End Closing: prepare standardized closing packages for Turnover, EBITDA, Headcount, and Opex by cost centers.
• Forecasting & Budget: lead forecast processes; produce forecasts for Headcount, P&L, Balance Sheet, and Free Cash Flow.
• Act as a Business Partner to Sales and Services teams; drive reporting improvements and support automation projects using BI tools.
