Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree earned between Dec 2026 and Jun 2027.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher and leadership experience.
• Experience using Microsoft 365 apps (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Copilot, Word) preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a permanent, full-time basis.
• Dual United States & Mexican citizenship required.
• Willing to relocate temporarily within the United States for a rotation.

Responsibilities

• Complete five weeks of training with internal and external experts.
• Rotate across multiple finance and accounting areas during the program.
• Support Financial Planning & Analysis, Corporate Consolidations, Treasury, and more.
• Pursue professional certifications such as CMA or CPA.
