Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or fifth-year master’s in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics or related field.
• GPA 3.0+ and leadership experience evident.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a permanent, full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Participate in two rotations across Finance areas in El Paso/Juarez and New Jersey/Pennsylvania.
• Develop leadership, problem-solving, and technical finance skills through rotations and training.
• Pursue professional certifications such as CMA or CPA where relevant.
